he Francis Bacon MB Art Foundation was among the institutions that contributed to the major Francis Bacon exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery, London, held from 10 October 2024 to 19 January 2025.

Through studying the exhibition, one can begin to understand the rhythm and structure underlying Bacon’s portrayal of character — and, in turn, learn how to construct character through fragmented, expressive visual forms.
