The Cookbook

Demetria Glace graduated from University College London where she studied Human Rights. She works to find patterns and connections -telling big stories through small pieces of data. Demetria Glace now spends most of her time researching popular culture, reality TV, and technology.

Demetria Glace has been working on the ideas behind Leaked Recipes since 2017, lovingly cooking every recipe and talking about privacy, ethics, and office banter with hundreds of people.

Her previous projects include a popular database that catalogues left-handed characters in TV and film who are played by right-handed actors. The Leaked Recipes Cookbook is her debut book.

This book is the first volume of the collection JBE <3 Food Directed by Mathieu Cénac and David Desrimais Assisted by Milène Josse and Samantha Calteau
