This exhibition presents Wes Anderson’s archival materials, including detailed sketches, storyboards, and spatial plans that visualise the development of cinematic environments. In particular, I was inspired by the use of rapid, schematic drawings to explore multiple variations of a single concept. This approach informed my own process of sharing ideas within my group, where I used quick sketching methods to communicate visual tone, structure, and atmosphere efficiently. It was especially effective in conveying qualities that are difficult to articulate verbally, allowing us to share intuitive and emotional aspects of a concept. As a result, we were able to align our interpretations early on and develop a more cohesive design direction.
