A quantitative tourism research article examining how visitors’ perceived restorative servicescape in casino integrated resorts influences place attachment and place loyalty, and testing whether place attachment mediates the servicescape–loyalty relationship. Using survey data (n=374) and structural equation modelling (SPSS/AMOS), the study finds that restorative servicescape significantly predicts both place attachment and place loyalty, and that place attachment has a significant positive effect on place loyalty, partially mediating the overall pathway. It is relevant to my E&E practice because it provides a clear conceptual chain for explaining how environmental qualities translate into emotional bonding with place and repeated behavioural intention—useful when framing “placeness” as an interaction between designed/experienced atmosphere and affective attachment.
