Led by Lebanese designer Samar Maakaroun at Pentagram, Together for Palestine is a graphic design initiative created in collaboration with Arab designers across the diaspora. The project unites visual voices through a shared identity built on the words “Together for Palestine,” combining Arabic and Latin typography in one cohesive system. The visuals use bold color, modular layouts, and inclusive language to communicate solidarity and collective care through design.
As a resource, this project reflects how branding and design can become tools for empathy, unity, and intercultural communication. It demonstrates how a visual identity can extend beyond aesthetics to represent shared values and emotional connection — ideas that align closely with human-centered and community-based design approaches.
